How long it takes

Every print is made to order. Allow 3–5 working days from the moment you order to the print arriving. That covers both production and transit.

Framed prints can take a little longer than unframed ones, since the frame is assembled around the print before it ships.

What shipping costs

Nothing. Shipping is included in the price you see, and the price at checkout is the price you pay. There are no delivery charges added at the last step.

Where we ship

The countries available at checkout are the ones we ship to. Prints are produced through a network of partners in 32 countries and your order goes to the one nearest you, so in most cases the parcel never crosses a border. That keeps delivery quick and means customs charges do not usually arise.

Where an order does have to cross a border, any import duty or tax is collected by the carrier before delivery and is the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict or refund those charges.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation by email when your order is placed. If you need an update on where a print has got to, email orders@fujitasupply.com quoting the email address you ordered with.

Wrong or incomplete address

The address is taken from what you enter at checkout, so please check it. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — if the order has not yet gone into production we can usually correct it. Once it has been printed and dispatched to a wrong address we cannot recover it, and a replacement would be a new order.
