Who you are buying from

These prints are sold by Fujita Supply, a business based in the United Kingdom. For anything to do with an order, contact orders@fujitasupply.com.

Placing an order

Adding a print to your cart and paying is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — for instance because a print cannot be produced at the size you chose — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include shipping. If you are paying from outside the UK, your card may be charged in your own currency at the rate shown at checkout; your bank may add its own fee, which is outside our control.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices can change, but never after you have paid — you pay what was shown at checkout.

Making and delivering your print

Prints are made to order and produced by the print partner nearest you. Delivery times and costs are set out in our shipping policy.

Screens differ, and paper is not a screen. Colours in the print may vary slightly from what you see on your display. That variation is normal and is not a fault.

Returns

Damaged, faulty and misprinted orders are replaced or refunded. Because prints are made to your specification, change-of-mind returns are not offered. The detail, including your statutory rights, is in our returns policy.

The artwork

The designs, including the maps, radar renderings and typography, belong to Fujita Supply. Buying a print buys the physical object for your own use. It does not transfer any rights in the design, and the artwork may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially.

Underlying meteorological data is drawn from public records, including those of the NOAA Storm Prediction Center and the National Weather Service.

Liability

Our responsibility to you is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
